WHAT A FAIL FROM SPAGHETTI!!!

INTRO

I’ve had this dream about a Flooded Village map version, which was hit hard by a Typhoon. Cool right? And why not even create a weather effect with being in the eye of the Typhoon – and then after 10min the Typhoon hits back hard… How cooler is even that? Well, you better stop reading here.

WORKING ON THE MAP

So, I’ve started to work on this with full enthusiasm. Because I’ve had such a stressful week, I could only work late in the nights. But the Typhoon fever hit me and I was trying my best to create such a cool map.
I’ve quickly noticed that my knowledge is pretty limited so I’ve asked Oscarmike247 and freebird and thanks to them, things were heading into the right direction.
Just in time we could finally finish the map and make sure, that everything is supposed to be the way we’ve wanted it to have… Now I only had to prepare myself mentally to receive a lot of honor and love for the best map ever to be created..

THE EVENT

The big day has come and the gaming night started very promising. At 8pm, we’ve already had 50 Players! Only 1 hour left before the new map will come into action. My heart started to run faster. Can we get +60 players again…?

09:04pm: Finally the Real Flooded Village Map has loaded… and then.. and then.. my smartphone rang… showing the name of my boss..

Me: Hello, what’s up, I have a very important meeting at 09:00pm!
Boss: I’m sorry, I’m drunk. I’ve lost my phone while I was tobogganing in the snow. Please help me to locate it! What was my password again?
Me: omg, I have a really important meeting now!… ok, give me a minute…. There you have your password
Boss: thanks…………………
Me: Hello, what are you doing now? What are you talking about using your credit card to pay something to find your phone? HELLOO.. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? What Website are you entering your password and credit card details???? GIVE ME AN ANSWER!!
Boss: This is not working.. I’ve just paid someone something with my credit card, but I still cannot find my phone
Me: man, how stupid are you? You’ve just got robbed! Now you urgently need to block your credit card
Boss: hahaha that’s funny, so I’ve just bought a house somewhere??… hahahahaha

Then finally at 09:30pm I’ve finished this “funny” call and joined the 20 Year Server…

While joining the Server, I’ve thought to myself, at least players will lift me high in the sky because they are so overwhelmed by the new map. Will they even create a statue for SPAGHETTI?
Here we go, the map has loaded, and I’ve quickly pressed J to see the chat from players:

Although the feedback was mostly negative, I was still happy that we had so good player numbers over so many hours that night.
Very rarely we have +40 Players for so many hours, as we’ve had last Saturday. KEEP IT UP!

Also I want to welcome all the new players I saw for the first time and hoping, to see them more on the servers!
